The flat-screen TV in the room was a pleasant surprise, perfect for unwinding in the evenings with a cup of hot cocoa. The staff's friendly demeanor and the convenient location near Union Chicken for delicious meals made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay in Toronto.
